CoverPact is operated by Harborkeep Labs LLC ("we", "us"). By using CoverPact you agree to these terms.

What CoverPact is

CoverPact is an independent organization tool for storing receipts and tracking return windows and warranties. We are not affiliated with any retailer or manufacturer. We do not provide, underwrite or insure warranties, and we cannot guarantee that any return or claim will be accepted.

Your information

Dates, return windows and warranty lengths may be read automatically from your receipts and can be wrong. Always check them against the retailer's or manufacturer's own terms. You are responsible for meeting your own deadlines. Alerts are a convenience and may be delayed or fail.

Accounts

• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Only upload content you have the right to store and share.
• Do not misuse the service, try to reach other people's data, or break the law.

Plans and payments

Paid plans are billed through our payment partner Paddle, who is the merchant of record. Annual plans renew each year until cancelled. The Founder Lifetime plan is a one-time payment for access for as long as CoverPact is running. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

Changes and ending the service

We may update these terms or the service. If we ever close CoverPact, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice to export your items.

Liability

CoverPact is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for missed deadlines, rejected claims or indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
