Your receipts are personal. This explains what we keep and why.

What we collect

• Your email address and sign-in details.
• The items, receipts, serial numbers and notes you add.
• Your alert settings and plan.
• Basic usage data needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

• To store your items and show your deadlines.
• To read receipts you upload. Images are sent to an AI service only to extract the details and are not used to train it.
• To send the alerts and account emails you ask for.
• To process payments through Paddle. We never see your full card number.

We do not sell your data or show you third-party ads.

Who can see it

Only you. Share links show a claim packet only to people who have the link and its password, and stop working when they expire or you cancel them.

Guests

If you try CoverPact without an account, your items stay in your browser only until you sign up.

Your choices

You can edit or delete any item at any time. To delete your account and all its data, email us and we'll do it within 30 days.
