Refund Policy

We want you to be happy paying for CoverPact.

Annual plan — 14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first Annual payment. No questions asked.

Renewals

We'll email you a reminder about 7 days before your Annual plan renews. Renewal payments are not refundable, so cancel before the renewal date if you don't want to continue.

Founder Lifetime

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying Founder Lifetime. After 14 days, Lifetime purchases are not refundable.

Free trial

The 7-day Annual trial needs no card, so you are never charged for it.

Cancelling

You can cancel an Annual plan at any time. You keep paid features until the end of the year you paid for, then move to the Free plan. Your items are never deleted.

How to ask

Email us, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Paddle, our payment partner, processes all refunds.
